What We’ve Done

Compete for a Cause

On April 20th, 2025, Phi Gamma Nu Beta Pi proudly hosted their annual "Compete for a Cause" philanthropy event, bringing together our community for a day of friendly competition and meaningful impact. Through this exciting tournament, we successfully raised $10,238.15 for the Embrace Mental Health Foundation.

Our funds directly supported the Rosecrance Center in Champaign, Illinois. Rosecrance is a leading behavioral health organization that has been serving individuals and families for over 100 years, providing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder treatment services. Our fundraising efforts will help cover 115 mental health screenings free of charge, ensuring more people can access the critical support they need.

2025 Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon Weekend

In April, we served as a Charity Running Partner for the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon Weekend in Champaign, Illinois. As an official charity running partner, we proudly raised $1,555.21 for the Josselyn Center. Through our continued relationship and effort to support Josselyn’s mission, we have been able to underwrite over 15 psychiatric visits, ensuring individuals are able to seek treatment, without financial burden.

The Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon Weekend provided the perfect platform for our charity partnership, allowing us to combine our passion for running with our commitment to mental health advocacy.

2024 AACR Philadelphia Marathon

Embrace Mental Health Foundation is proud to announce that, after running the AACR Philadelphia Marathon, we successfully raised $1,800 to support critical mental health programs. The funds will provide 10 psychiatric visits to the Josselyn Center and 24 hours of behavioral programming at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, two organizations dedicated to providing compassionate care and advancing mental health research.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and cheered us on—we truly couldn’t have done it without you.
